• Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number and details of the shipping agency. You can also track your order under your Iraiva account’s Order History.
• Delivery Attempts: If the delivery is unsuccessful due to non-availability, our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to three times before returning it to us.
